This ugly-as-sin beast of a building has rightfully been derided internationally as the eighth ugliest building on the planet.Just a shame it cost £430 million of taxpayer's money when it was originally only meant to cost £40 million. Hell, get me some bamboo and some rocks, and I'll build a pretty good imitation for less than a fiver. Could be fun actually, I'll look into it...
